6. Your Stay and Responsibilities

Please treat staff, other guests, and property with respect. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the responsible guest. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Pet Policy: Amadi Beach Front Resort is pet-friendly. However, guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times. If a guest’s pet causes harm, injury, or damage to another guest, staff member, or property, Amadi Beach Front Resort will not be held liable. All pet-related incidents or damages will be the sole responsibility of the pet’s owner, and any associated costs must be settled before checkout.

8. CCTV, Personal Data and Law Enforcement

For safety and security, our property is monitored by CCTV. Footage and personal data collected during booking and check-in, including identity documents, are processed per our Privacy Policy. We may disclose CCTV footage, images, and personal data to law enforcement or authorities when required by law or when necessary to protect guests, staff, or property. By staying with us you acknowledge and consent to such processing and disclosure.

9. Our Liability to You

We will provide your accommodation with skill and care. We do not accept responsibility if any death, personal injury, failure or deficiency of your accommodation arrangements is not caused by any fault of ours, meaning failure by ourselves to use reasonable skill and care in performing or providing the service in question. Please note it is your responsibility to show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make a claim.

We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: – (a) the fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or (b) the fault of a third party not connected with the provision of your accommodation by us which we could not have predicted or avoided or (c) an event or circumstance which could not have been predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care.

10. Breakages, Damage and Charges

You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to resort property caused by you or your party beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be billed and are payable on request.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable or required to compensate you for failure or delay in performing our obligations where performance is prevented or affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Examples include war, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemics, extreme weather, natural disasters, industrial disputes, government restrictions, fire, or power failure. We will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption, but refunds or compensation cannot be guaranteed.

12. Reservation of Rights and Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Goa will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
